Registration

This puppy may be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) or the Continental Kennel Club (CKC).

Vaccinations & Worming

We guarantee that all vaccinations and dewormings have been given as stated on the included vaccination record.

• Your puppy has been kept on a vaccination and deworming schedule and is up-to-date at the time of sale.
• These records will be provided to you.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to continue this care, including annual boosters, after taking the puppy home.

Veterinary Exam

The buyer is encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of taking possession.

If this exam reveals a life-threatening hereditary congenital defect or any major health problem, a replacement puppy of equal value will be provided, provided that:

1. The seller is notified within 14 hours of the exam.
2. The puppy is returned within 72 hours, at no expense to the breeder, along with the AKC/CKC registration papers.
3. A signed document from the examining veterinarian describing the defect or health problem is provided.

The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the buyer.

Health Guarantee

Your puppy is guaranteed for one (1) year from its date of birth against life-threatening congenital defects (not including parvovirus, distemper, heartworms, or nutrition-related diseases).

• If such a defect is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, the breeder will replace the puppy with another of the same quality and price.
• Replacement is subject to availability. No monetary refunds will be given.
• The purchaser must provide, at their expense, a written statement from a licensed veterinarian.

In the unlikely event of the puppy’s death within the first year due to a congenital defect, a statement from a veterinarian confirming the cause is required. If the cause is unknown, a necropsy (autopsy) must be performed at the buyer’s expense before any action is taken by the breeder.

The breeder is not responsible for veterinary or medical bills incurred by the buyer at any time.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Uneven bites
• Undescended testicles
• Grade 1–2 heart murmurs
• Injuries
• Fleas, mites, ringworm, kennel cough
• Hernias
• Coccidia, giardia, or other intestinal worms/parasites

These are common conditions in puppies and are not considered grounds for replacement.

The breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Coronavirus after 48 hours of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately after leaving the breeder’s care.

All pet puppies are sold on limited registration only. Every pet puppy must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age.
